Hybrid Green Energy for the New Age of Power & Data

Kutnink Holdings of Texas, Inc. is developing one of the nation’s first hybrid green-energy power plants, engineered to deliver continuous, reliable power for data centers and critical infrastructure across West Texas. Headquartered in Sweetwater, Texas, our mission is simple: turn the world’s strongest wind region into a stable source of 24/7 green energy.

We combine wind, solar, battery storage, and our proprietary C.A.D.D.E.™ compressed-air drive technology to create a new class of modern hybrid power plants capable of generating up to 640 MW of consistent green power.

Who We Are

Kutnink Holdings of Texas Inc. is a Texas-based energy development company focused on building hybrid green-energy power plants that overcome the limitations of traditional wind. Our system blends multiple renewable sources into one unified power platform, designed for:

  • Data centers
  • Mining operations
  • Utilities and transmission
  • ERCOT grid support
  • Industrial energy users across West Texas

With decades of experience in land, energy, engineering, and infrastructure development, our team is leading the evolution of reliable renewable power in Texas.

Our First Hybrid Power Site

Our first flagship project is a hybrid-energy and data-campus site located in West Texas. Built on proven wind terrain and supported by 20+ years of weather data, this facility will:

  • Generate up to 640 MW of continuous green power
  • Achieve nearly 95% uptime using hybrid energy + C.A.D.D.E.™ stabilizing technology
  • Integrate wind turbines, solar power, battery storage, and microgrid controls
  • Support on-site data mining and data-center operations
  • Sell surplus power back into ERCOT during peak demand

This is the first of four planned hybrid power-and-data developments in Nolan County and surrounding regions.

Why West Texas?

West Texas is one of the most wind-productive regions in the world — and Nolan County sits at the center of it.

  • 18,000+ wind turbines already operate in the area
  • Consistent, high-density airflow from the jet stream
  • Existing power infrastructure and transmission lines
  • Large available land resources
  • Rapid regional growth driven by energy, manufacturing, and high-tech expansion

This region offers unmatched potential for scalable, stable green-energy projects.

How Our Hybrid System Works

Kutnink Holdings combines multiple technologies into one seamless system:

produce the majority of power.

supplements daytime generation.

store excess and balance short-term fluctuations.

provides power during low-wind or no-wind periods.

(with Teco-Westinghouse) regulate all flows in real time.

Real-time turbine flow management powered by Teco-Westinghouse.

The result is a clean-energy system capable of operating at high stability and high revenue, even when wind alone would fall short.

Leadership & Expertise

Our team brings more than 200 years of combined experience in land acquisition, engineering, energy development, and project execution.
